Come as you are! Our goal is for you to feel welcome the moment you drive into the parking lot. We have a relaxed and friendly environment where everyone is accepted. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a friendly smile and a big welcome by our ushers and greeters. Visit our Guest Information booth before you walk into the sanctuary. One of our volunteers would love to meet you and answer any questions you might have.
The Pentecostals of the Fox Cities is a Christ-centered apostolic congregation founded upon the infallible Word of God.
As such, we believe and teach the Apostles' doctrine, endeavoring to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ with love, mercy, and compassion.
We believe in the Bible standard of full salvation, believing on the Lord through repentance, baptism in water by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
We believe the Bible teaches that there is only one true, ever living, eternal God, infinite in power, holy in nature, attributes and purpose, and possessing absolute, invisible deity.
This statement of faith does not exhaust the extent of our faith. The Bible itself is the sole and final source of all that we believe.
At POFC, we don’t just model our doctrine and worship on the Scriptures. We model every aspect of our lives according to the Bible. Throughout the Old and New Testaments, we see an emphasis on God’s people getting together, fellowshipping, and generally doing life together. Whatever we call it, God places a high priority on relationship within His Kingdom.
When you attend a POFC Small Group, you will find true community. This means you’ll meet some people like you, some people that are way different than you, but most importantly, you’ll be connected to a group of Christ Followers.
The relationships you will develop through Small Groups will help guide you through some of the greatest joys and even hardships of life. Marriages will be strengthened. Friendships will be born. Life will be a little more complete.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Small groups gather to, first and foremost, get to know each other and have a good time while doing it. Expect warm conversations, games and food (some groups have meals and others have snacks). Each group has 10-15 members based on geography and life stage.
WHERE
You will be meeting in a home, coffee shop or other public gathering place based upon the collective interests of the group.
WHEN
Small groups are held the fourth Wednesday of every month (Subject to change, view the calendar HERE), with most groups beginning around 7pm.
